Banana Coconut Smoothie
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: none (but it’ll take about 30 to 40 minutes to freeze bananas)
Total Time: 5 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 2 bananas [$0.46]
- 1/4 cup shredded sweetened coconut [$0.15]
- 1 tbsp honey [$0.12]
- 3/4 cup milk [$0.41]
HOW TO MAKE
- Peel and slice bananas into large chunks and place in a bowl.
- Cover bowl with plastic wrap and place in the freezer to freeze bananas.
- Place frozen bananas, coconut, honey and milk in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
