Somewhere this morning somebody’s stomach will begin to rumble at the precise moment the room, the person is sitting in, goes silent.
Today’s mission, should you choose to accept it, is to not be the one with the rumbly tumbly tummy.
To help you with your mission you’ll need vast amounts of fiber and protein to keep those embarrassing stomach grumbles away.
Thankfully this tasty smoothie made with oatmeal is packed with both!
To make it EXTRA filling, let it sit a few minutes after blending it to allow the oats to soak up some smoothie goodness, expand, and make it super thick!
Good luck with your mission and enjoy your rumble free morning!
