A thick and nutritious smoothie to keep you feeling full for hours.

Has you ever experienced the awkward stomach rumbles at the precise moment when a room seems to go silent?
Today’s mission, should you choose to accept it, is to blend this Oatmeal Blueberry Smoothie to NOT be the one with the rumbly-tumbly tummy today.
With vast amounts of fiber and protein, this smoothie is sure to keep those embarrassing stomach grumbles away.
To make it EXTRA filling, let it sit a few minutes after blending. This allows the oats to expand, and make it super thick!
