Oatmeal Blueberry Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 packet regular instant oatmeal (or 1/2 cup rolled oats) [$0.23]
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries [$0.49]
  • 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt [$0.33]
  • 1 medium banana [$0.23]
  • 1 tbsp honey [$0.12]
  • 1/2 cup orange juice [$0.30]

HOW TO MAKE

  1. Pour oatmeal (or oats) into a blender.
  2. Add blueberries, yogurt, banana and honey.
  3. Pour in the orange juice.
  4. Blend until smooth.
