Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

MAKES: 1/4 cup of salad dressing
Prep Time: About 5 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (use regular mustard if you don’t have Dijon)
- pinch each salt and pepper
HOW TO MAKE
- Whisk together oil, vinegar, syrup and mustard in a bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle over salad.
