INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tsp sugar (or honey)
  • 1 mandarin orange
  • 2 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • hot water from kettle

HOW TO MAKE

  1. Spoon sugar into a cup.
  2. Cut two wedges off orange and squeeze juice from wedges in cup. Place wedges in cup.
  3. Add ginger.
  4. Pour in hot water and stir.
  5. Squeeze more juice from mandarin orange if necessary.
