A warm therapeutic drink made with the goodness of freshly squeezed orange juice and ginger.

Ready for a soothing tea to free your mind from the pressures of college life? Here’s how to get there in 4 simple steps. ⬇️
Step #1
Spoon one or two teaspoons of sugar in your favorite mug along with the juice from an orange slice. Preferably not Sunny D.
Step #2
Add grated ginger. Or use a pinch or two of ground ginger.
Side note —> Fresh ginger is budget-friendly and lasts for a long time when stored in the freezer. When you need some, scrape away the skin with the edge of a spoon to expose the flesh. Grate (while still frozen) using a micro-plane or the small holes of a box grater to make ginger snow!
Step #3
Fill your cup with hot water from the kettle. Loosely surround the cup with your hands and let the heat from it warm your fingers.
Step #4

Finally, take a sip. Close your eyes. Let your body relax from head to toe. And let this therapeutic tea flow through you as your body baths in the healing power of ginger.
Whoa! Looks likes I got caught up in the moment.
Your turn to escape. Sit back, relax and sip away.
