When was the last time you heard someone rave about boiled broccoli?
A. Yesterday
B. Last Holiday Season
C. Never, Ever, Ever
I’m going to go ahead and circle “C”. How about you?
However, the full version of this broccoli salad recipe is always a hit during the holidays. Even those who consider broccoli a vile weed, pile their plates high with seconds.
The bad news is it takes FOREVER to chop the broccoli to make the full holiday version. The good news is this 15-minute version tastes is equally as good, with less chopping. No boiled broccoli required.
