FIGHT THE “15” FRUIT SALAD


MAKES: 4 Helpings TIME: About 10 Minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can (398 ml / 14 oz.) pineapple chunks
  • 1 can ( 284 ml / 10 oz.) Mandarin Oranges, drained
  • 1 cup red seedless grapes, halved
  • 1 kiwi fruit, peeled, halved and sliced
  • 1 large banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice

HOW TO MAKE

  1. Pour pineapples with juice in a large bowl or container. Add oranges, grapes, kiwi, banana, honey, lime juice and orange juice. Gently stir to combine.
  2. Chill before digging in!
