This easy fruit salad recipe is a good candidate for prepping ahead of time, as a go-to snack to reach for before – or after – a day of classes!

Is the Freshman 15 (college) or Fall 15 (beyond college) a spicy myth or unfortunate reality?

However, our crack team of recipe testers have found that having a fruit salad placed strategically in the fridge (front and center) acts like a loving slap on the hand to fight off the temptation of reaching for the brownies at the back.
Each sweet morsel is a temporary reminder of how good and energizing a mix of fresh fruit in juices tastes versus a bag of chips, ice cream or brownies.
