Chocolate bars. Chocolate cake. Chocolate ice cream. Love them all – although there is a tinge of guilt whenever any of these chocolaty treats are consumed.
Somehow sipping this delicious chocolate smoothie is different.
Maybe because it is blended with the healthiest fruit on the planet (avocado). Along with chocolate’s vitamin-C-rich B.F.F (strawberries). Let’s not forget the potassium-packed banana used to make this smoothie extra thick.
Suddenly, chocolate starts to look pretty freakin’ healthy!
Did I mention that this smoothie will keep you fueled for hours? Yeah, avocado is a like slow burning fuel for your body.

ENERGIZING GUILT-FREE CHOCOLATE SMOOTHIE
Makes: 1 Smoothie ~ Time: About 5 minutes
Ingredients
1 cup chocolate milk
1/2 avocado
3 medium fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2 banana
Putting it Together
Place avocado, strawberries and banana in the blender. Pour in chocolate milk.
Blend until smooth.
