Ever bought groceries with good intentions, only to realize you have way too much of one thing?
You’re not alone. We received a panic text from a student who just moved off-campus:
“What do I do with this? Bought a family pack of ground beef. Can’t eat tacos seven nights in a row.”
Fair. So we put together this → 1-Week Ground Beef Meal Plan.
Basically a week of dinners that all start with that one family pack, but end up tasting totally different. Think of it like a cheat sheet for your kitchen: simple, repeat-proof, and way better than delivery.
Recipe Breakdown:
- Meal #1 – Tacos
- Meal #2 – Tex-Mex Egg Sandwich
- Meal #3 – Pasta With Meat Sauce
- Meal #4 – 5-Ingredient Sloppy Joe’s

This is our first off-campus survival meal plan, but if it helps, we’ll keep rolling out more. Different ingredients, same goal: Save money. Eat better. Keep cooking fun.
So what do you think – should we keep these meal plans coming?
