Popcorn with a Sweet Candy-Coated Caramel Topping
When is POPCORN a better Halloween movie snack than…say…sour gummy worms?
When I asked this question to the Café’s recipe testers someone quickly blurted out:
“When there’s melted caramel drizzled on top!”
I must admit Caramel Candy Popcorn (or even Chocolate Drizzled Popcorn) tastes freakishly good – and anyone can make it!
Here’s How:
Pop some popcorn, then scare up some butter, brown sugar, apple juice, and honey.
If you dare, scroll down to the recipe below ⬇, to know how much of each ingredient goes into a witch’s cauldron (or a small pot) to make the caramel sauce.
Stir until the sauce is thicker than fake Halloween blood…or until it coats a spoon. Takes about 5 minutes.
The BEST part is when you get to pour the hot-and-gooey sauce over the popcorn. It looks soooo sinfully good!
BUT BEWARE! Make it and you (and any zombies around you) may devour this A+ Halloween movie snack all in one sitting…BLEEEAGGHAAH! 🧟♀️🧟♂️
Have a Happy Halloween! 🎃

Caramel Candy Popcorn

- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup apple juice or water
- 2 tbsp. honey
HOW TO MAKE
- Pop popcorn as per package directions.
- Spray a large bowl with cooking spray (or rub inside with butter) and set aside. (This is to keep the caramel from sticking to it).

- Pour popped popcorn in prepared bowl. Drizzle hot caramel mixture over popcorn and stir with a wooden spoon.
