We all know that chocolate and almonds are a heavenly match. But have you ever considered drizzling chocolate over popcorn?
Our recipe test team gave it a whirl and found that the sweet chocolate pairs perfectly with the salty popcorn. They also mentioned that drizzling melted chocolate also happens to be extremely satisfying.

CHOCOLATE DRIZZLED POPCORN
MAKES: 1 to 2 Servings TIME: About 10 Minutes
Ingredients
4 to 5 cups popped popcorn (1 bag of popped microwave popcorn)
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 tsp sea salt
Directions
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with wax paper. Set aside.
- Place chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Add salt.
- Heat in the microwave for 30-seconds then stir. Heat for about 30 seconds more in the microwave and stir gently until chocolate chips become completely liquid.
- Evenly spread popped popcorn over baking sheet.
- Using a spoon, drizzle melted chocolate on popcorn. Let sit at room temperature until chocolate has hardened, about 5 minutes.
