Avocado slices, crumbled feta, and raspberries (thawed from frozen) might seem like an odd combo → until you taste them together.
Sweet, salty, healthy!

Tastes extra good with syrup on top. Then again, what doesn’t.

You could even turn it into a breakfast sandwich!

Avocado, Feta and Raspberry Breakfast Waffles
Makes: 1 servings | Total Time: About 10 minutes
Ingredients
2 frozen waffles, toasted
1/2 avocado, sliced
2 Tbsp. crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup frozen raspberries, thawed
Maple syrup
Putting it Together
Top one toasted waffle with avocado slices, feta cheese and raspberries.
Drizzle with syrup.
Place second toasted waffle on top to make a breakfast sandwich.
