5-Ingredient Sloppy Joe’s

INGREDIENTS

  • Lean ground beef (.454 kg / 1 lb.)
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 can (127 ml / 4 oz.) chopped green chilies (optional)
  • 1 can (213 ml / 7.5 oz.) traditional pizza sauce
  • 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
  • buns or bread (any kind you have)

HOW TO MAKE

  1. Cook beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Drain any excess fat. Stir in sugar, green chilies (if using), pizza sauce and worcestershire sauce.
  2. Spoon equal amounts of meat mixture over buns (or bread slice, rice, wraps, lettuce leaf).
  3. Top with hot pepper rings – if you like your Sloppy Joe’s spicy
