Buffalo Wing Sauce Cauliflower Bites Ready Fresh Out of the Oven

BUFFALO WING SAUCE CAULIFLOWER BITES

Makes: About 4 Servings | Prep Time: About 10 Minutes | Cook Time: 30 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 head cauliflower (small)
  • ¼ cup flour
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ cup Buffalo Wing Sauce (I used Frank’s)
  • salt and pepper

HOW TO MAKE

  1. Cut cauliflower into bite-size pieces. Wash, dry, then set inside a mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, garlic powder, paprika and water. Season with salt and pepper then whisk again. Pour into the bowl with the cauliflower pieces. Toss to coat.
  3. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or foil. Evenly arrange coated cauliflower pieces on sheet pan. Bake in a 450°F oven for 20 minutes, turning each piece halfway through cooking. Remove from oven. Liberally baste each piece of roasted cauliflower with wing sauce. Bake for 10 minutes longer. Serve with ranch dip for dipping!
