Is there cauliflower hiding inside your vegetable keeper?
If so, here’s an opportunity to turn its nutritional goodness into something bold, flavorful, and new to munch on while watching the BIG game (or movie binge)!
What’s the difference between eating a trayful of these Buffalo Wing Sauce Cauliflower Bites and devouring a pound of Buffalo Wings? These tasty morsels won’t cause you drop and flop on the sofa for a nap afterwards.
Here’s how to make in a five simple steps. ⬇️⬇️⬇️
STEP #1: CHOP
Took me about 2 ½ minutes to chop a small cauliflower. The sheet pan method helped to keep scraps from cluttering the cutting board, so there was nothing to slow me down.
STEP #2: COAT
As in, whisk together flour, garlic powder, paprika, and water. Then coat the cauliflower pieces with the mixture.

STEP #3: BAKE
Set the cauliflower pieces on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper or foil. Then pop them into a 450°F oven for 20 minutes. Turn each piece over at about the 10 minute mark to evenly brown both sides.

STEP #4: BRUSH
My favorite part of this recipe? Brushing the Buffalo Wing Sauce on the roasted cauliflower pieces.
My least favorite part of this recipe? Having to place the sheet pan back in the oven for 10 minutes more (wish I could dig in right away).
STEP #5: TASTE
Serve with Ranch or Blue Cheese Dip – perhaps while watching the game – or not! YUM either way!
