The first time we microwaved an ear of corn at the Café we were blown away by how well it steamed and cooked the kernels of corn.
We also loved that there was no waiting for water to boil or any strenuous husking required – which fits right in with our mission to ace eating well, while being lazy at the same time.
All it takes is three simple steps – when you only want to cook a single cob of fresh corn in minutes. Here’s how: 👇
Step #1
Leave the corn in its husk and microwave on HIGH for three to four minutes.

Step #2
Let the corn slightly cool and you will find that the husk and silk slip off the cooked corn with ease.

Step #3
At this point you know what to do. Enjoy!
