A cup of chocolate milk may seem like an unlikely ingredient to use in a healthy smoothie until you consider the alternatives to satisfy a chocolate craving.
Chocolate bars. Chocolate cake. Chocolate ice cream. Melted chocolate fondue dripping off your fingers and into your mouth – o.k I might be going a little overboard with this (or am I?). But you see where I’m going here, right?
When blended with the healthiest fruit on the planet (avocado) along with chocolate’s B.B.F (Bestest Berry Friend) and half a potassium-rich banana, a cup of chocolate milk starts to look pretty freakin’ healthy.
Consider it a “green light” to consume chocolate with zero guilt. Feels good to eliminate the second guessing doesn’t it?
